WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVE

We offer free delivery within 30 miles of our Grand Marais location. We will serve all of Cook County, MN.

DO YOU RENT LINEN AND TERRY?

We do not currently rent linen and terry.  We wash customer-owned goods, which means you must own all of your linen and terry.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?

Our commercial rates are based on the laundry type, quantity and your turnaround requirement.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE?

Our standard delivery is 3 -4 days from pick up but we can also deliver next day if needed for an additional price.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

Our products include detergents, softeners, stain treatment, and other laundry aids. Our trained laundry processors will determine the best combination of products to give your items the best clean possible.  We also have hypoallergenic detergents available upon request, and we use chemical sanitization process.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes we ask that you sign our contract to understand the services provided. You are free to start, stop, or pause service at any time without penalty with a 30 day written notice of you wish to discontinue the service.

HOW DO I PAY FOR COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY SERVICES?

We can set up payments by credit card or easy monthly billing subject to credit approval.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR PICK UP?

Because pick up and delivery is included in our per pound price, we do require 50 lbs.
Minimum for pick up and delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING SEVERE WEATHER OR UNSAFE ROAD CONDITIONS?

This is usually rare, but it can happen. If there is a severe storm, such as a substantial snow or ice, we will pick up and/or return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated to any changes via phone or email.

DO YOU TREAT STAINS?

Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag with a note indicated the contents may need pretreating and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. 
If you can pretreat the stain before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LINEN AND TERRY THAT HAS PERMANENT STAINS?

All pieces which have been pre-treated and washed but come out with permanent stains will be placed in a separate bag and delivered back to the client.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PICK UP?

Pick up and delivery scheduled to be determined by location and need with each client.
